Delivery

Products are digital downloads. Nothing physical ships. Access is provided after successful payment through a protected delivery link.

License

Files are for personal and household use only. Do not resell, share, redistribute, sublicense, or use them as commercial source material.

Refunds and remedies

Because digital files cannot be returned after access, sales are generally final. Contact support for duplicate charges, inaccessible files, corrupted files, incorrect files, or rights required by applicable law.

Privacy

Aurora Finds uses order and contact information only to process payment, deliver purchases, prevent abuse, provide recovery access, and respond to support requests. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Aurora Finds.

Email list and giveaway. If you join our email list, we store your email address, first name, optional last initial, the date you joined, and the consent you gave. We use them to send your welcome code, occasional new-printable and deal emails, and giveaway notices, and to run the monthly drawing. Winners are published on our giveaway page by first name and last initial only. We never sell or share your email address. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask to be removed at support@aurorafindsdigital.com. Emails are delivered by our email provider, Resend.

The website also counts anonymous first-party events such as product views, cart additions, checkout starts, purchases, and downloads to understand whether the store is working. These counts may include a short campaign label, the referring website's domain, and the landing-page path. They do not contain email addresses, IP addresses, cookies, user IDs, checkout-session IDs, or full referring URLs, and collection is disabled when a browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track.
