Is anything shipped?
No. Every Aurora Finds product is a digital file. Nothing physical is mailed.
How do I receive my files?
After a successful payment, the site provides a protected download. Eligible past purchases can also be recovered by email.
How should I print the PDF?
Open the file in a standard PDF reader, choose US Letter paper, and use Actual Size or 100% unless the product instructions say otherwise.
Can I share or resell the files?
No. Purchases are for personal and household use only. Resale, redistribution, sharing, sublicensing, and commercial use are not permitted.
Are digital purchases refundable?
Digital sales are generally final after access is provided. Aurora Finds will address duplicate charges and inaccessible, corrupted, or incorrect files, plus any remedy required by law.
How quickly does support respond?
